Plump North Atlantic prawns and ripe mango bound together in a light sweet chilli mayonnaise served on a bed of shredded lettuce.

Tandori Chicken Salad
Slow roasted tandoori chicken served warm on a bed of mixed leaves with a spiced mango coulis and raitha dip.

Breaded Brie
Deep Fried Breaded Brie Served With A Gin And Elderflower Cumberland Sauce.

Mains

Traditional Roast Turkey
Roasted local turkey breast served with sage & onion stuffing pigs in blankets and a rich meat gravy.

Ribeye Steak
8oz Ribeye Steak cooked to your liking served with Dauphinoise potatoes and a Red Wine and Tarragon reduction.

Baked Cod Loin
Oven roasted cod loin served on a bed of crushed potato and butter braised leeks topped with dill crème fraiche.

Brie, Leek & Red Onion Tart
Sautéed leeks and red onion in a Brie scented cream served on a bed of rocket watercress and roast chestnut salad.
